Return Policy
Return PolicyBy placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions as well as our Terms and Conditions. Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria
If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Center and returned back to you at your cost, and, as such, your RMA will be nullified, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Returns Center that may be incurred by Kahrlos. By requesting an RMA and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Center. All returns must include the following:

Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)

Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.

Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.

The return must be complete and include all accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)

Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box, and no other writing should written on the packaging. You must write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.
Unless otherwise stated on this site, you have (14) fourteen days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from us and ship your product back to us. RMAs must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. You may not return your product once the RMA has expired.
Please contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty for your product if you are ineligible for an RMA.
You are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, except as provided for verified defective products.
All products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except where prohibited by law, if returned opened, in a non-factory sealed box or in a non-original box.
Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with our returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. For merchandise purchased with a gift card as the sole payment method, we will refund the balance due to you back to a new gift card unless the balance is less than $5 or prohibited by law.
Please allow up to (15) fifteen days shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse, delivery times may vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.
Many of the items we sell have Special Return Policies. See the appropriate policy below to see if items you purchase are affected.
Special Return Policy
Defective Products Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or at the sole discretion of Kahrlos, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase or if possible through the original payment method such as PayPal or Google Checkout. Defective products may only be returned within 14 days of the date your product left the warehouse, regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product.
Once your return is processed, and is verified to meet our return policy and to be defective, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. Shipment time for replacement product depend on product availability.
For products that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expenses, provided that your defective return must be shipped via ground shipment only. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive method, you will incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied.
Kahrlos reserves the right to repair any product at its sole discretion in lieu exchange.
Kahrlos in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
Cell Phones
The above Return Policy applies to Cell Phones except that you have (7) seven days, not (14) fourteen. Additionally, Dead on Arrival (DOA) products must be reported to Kahrlos within (24) twenty-four hours of delivery. Phones with minor variations in Firmware, Flex and Loader Code are not considered to be defective or DOA.
Music, Software, eBooks or other Downloads Music, Software, eBooks or other Downloads may not be returned for any reason.
Third Party Items Third Party Items (items sold by others than Kahrlos) may not be returned to Kahrlos. Third part sellers have their own policies. You must contact that seller directly to determine their applicable returns policy and to schedule any allowed returns. All credits, costs and expenses regarding such returns shall be borne by either you or such seller.
Clearance Items Clearance Items may only be returned when defective. Defective Clearance products will be treated in accordance with the Defective Products Returns Policy stated above.
Manufacturer Only Returns Due to manufacturer's policies, certain items sold on our website may only be returned directly to the manufacturer. Every effort will be made to mark items as such on this site; however, Kahrlos will not be responsible for any omissions.
Contact the manufacturer directly to arrange the return. Be prepared to provide the manufacturer with the following information: Date of purchase, Serial number, manufacturer part number.
Opened Software, Music, DVDs, Media, Games, Books Our pricing structure does not allow for the return of any opened software, media games or books, except for software or media that is found to be defective. In such an event, software and media may only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, and the product will likely be returned in the same packaging that you sent it to us in.
Oversize Televisions, Home Theater and Audio products (collectively, "TV") Oversize televisions (27 inches and larger) may not be returned at all. Be advised that the following responsibilities are yours upon taking delivery of your oversize television.
You must carefully inspect the box your TV comes in before the shipper leaves your premises. If you discover damage, or an incorrect item, refuse delivery. The shipper will remove the oversize TV and we will credit your order.
Do not sign the shipper's release form unless you have inspected the TV. Your acceptance of the TV constitutes your acceptance of the condition of the TV as delivered, and you understand that you cannot return the TV.
After delivery, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If an order or shipment is undeliverable or refused, you will be subject to a 35% restocking fee plus two and one half (2.5) times the shipping costs, or the maximum allowable by law, except where prohibited by law. Kahrlos will make reasonable efforts to work with you if you decide to have the same shipment shipped back to you within a reasonable time of the occurrence at the sole discretion of Kahrlos. In such cases you will likely only be responsible for shipping costs plus any charges we incurred if the items were drop shipped from one of our suppliers or the manufacturer.
Canceled Orders
If you place an order and cancel it prior to shipment, you will be subject to a fee of $35 or 35%, whichever is greater.
Kahrlos does not accept returns of the following items:

Hazardous items that are gas-powered or contain flammable liquids.

Any product missing the serial number or UPC.

Gift certificates.
-
Grocery products, gourmet gift baskets, etc.

Prepaid or any phone card.
